   Giving Your Users a Personal Sense of Importance

   The draw towards interactivity is the sense that you can change the outcome. If you weren’t there to guide it something else may have happened. Opening up a channel of conversation with your users gives them the idea that they have a responsibility to help you. Not only do you benefit from having a dedicated community but you will receive massive amounts of user feedback - which can be overwhelming but should be valued very highly. The users have things to say, its up to you to listen.
